The liquid highlighter can be applied directly to the face or over the foundation. The shimmer in this highlight is nice and sturdy and good for subtle to maximum results. Our Shimmer Effect comes in four different colors.
Apply the liquid highlight on the cheekbone, nose, cupid bow or under the eyebrow. Preferably use a small foundation or concealer brush for this.
